  • Insurance

    Robust medical, dental, and vision insurance plans are offered through CareFirst with significant costs subsidized by the company. Medical plan participants enjoy 100% company funded Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) that provides up to $3,000 (depending on coverage level) reimbursement for eligible medical expenses.

    The company also pays for Group Life Insurance including additional Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage, Short Term Disability (STD), and Long Term Disability (LTD).

    Additional ancillary insurance is available through Aflac using pre-tax dollars.

  • Paid Time Off

    Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) is provided including vacation, sick, holiday, bereavement, and jury duty.

    Holiday PTO is provided in an annual allocation of 88 hours (11 holidays) that may be flexibly used throughout the year.

  • Retirement

    Employees may participate in a 401(k) plan to help prepare for retirement. The 401(k) plan is provided through Nationwide with a variety of investment options. The plan is a "non-elective safe harbor" 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan. This entitles all employees to an employer contribution on gross wages, whether the employee makes individual contributions or not. All employer contributions are 100% vested. There is a 90-day waiting period for new hires.

  • Bonus Awards

    In addition to base pay, the company may provide discretionary bonuses, profit sharing, and other financial awards such as Spot Awards to recognize and compensate employees for outstanding performance and contributions to achieving customer and company goals.

    Employees are eligible for up to a $2,500 employee referral bonus for candidates they refer and are subsequently hired.

  • Other

    Teleworking Opportunities - Teleworking is encouraged and supported when possible/practical depending on your specific role and contractual requirements.

    Flextime - Flexibility in working hours allows our employees optional starting and quitting times to coincide with the requirements of the customer or the personal preference of the employee. Exempt employees may also make-up time across an entire calendar month, not just within a pay period.

    Discounts - Employee discounts through Verizon Wireless and TicketsAtWork are offered to all employees.
